BlueCut metal cut gloves were developed for the safe use of knifes and other cutting tools. They cannot replace a chainmail glove but in their function as cut protection for the knight-leaving hand they are a perfect complement. They are blue, because blue fibers can be easily identified within food. The BlueCut pro does also not include any composite/glass fibers, that could contaminate the food by breaking during work.
