Muchas personas se preguntan por qu\u00e9 la clasificaci\u00f3n termina en el nivel F y por qu\u00e9 dos materiales con diferentes valores en Newton pueden recibir la misma clasificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta se encuentra en la propia estructura de la norma EN ISO 13997.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 mide la norma EN ISO 13997?<\/h2>\n<p>La <strong>EN ISO 13997<\/strong> define un m\u00e9todo de ensayo para determinar la resistencia al corte de un material. Durante la prueba, una cuchilla recta se desplaza sobre la muestra hasta cortarla. Cualquier material que alcance o supere este valor se clasifica como <strong>nivel F<\/strong>. No existe ninguna categor\u00eda superior dentro de la norma.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 siguen siendo importantes los valores en Newton?<\/h2>\n<p>El nivel de rendimiento indica la categor\u00eda alcanzada, mientras que el valor en Newton muestra la resistencia al corte realmente medida durante el ensayo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un material alcanza <strong>31 N<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Otro material alcanza <strong>42 N<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ambos pertenecen al <strong>nivel F<\/strong>, aunque los resultados de la prueba sean diferentes. Por este motivo, muchos fabricantes indican tanto el nivel de rendimiento como el valor exacto en Newton.<\/p>\n<h2>Aplicaciones pr\u00e1cticas<\/h2>\n<p>La norma EN ISO 13997 se utiliza en sectores donde existe un elevado riesgo de corte, como la industria metal\u00fargica, el procesamiento del vidrio, la industria alimentaria y el reciclaje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dos modelos de la gama niroflex muestran claramente este principio:<\/strong> el <a href=\"https:\/\/niroflex.de\/es\/portfolio\/bluecut-advance-bluecut-advance-x-bluecut-comfort-bluecut-comfort-sleeve\/\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>BlueCut advance cc<\/strong><\/span><\/a> alcanza una resistencia al corte de <strong>35,4 N<\/strong> seg\u00fan la EN ISO 13997.
